On March 13, the company held a special training session on AI office application. The training aimed to empower employees to improve work efficiency and transform working mindsets, injecting new momentum into the company’s digital development.
The training was mainly delivered through video learning. The host, Cao Mingyang, took the popular OpenClaw as the entry point, centered on the theme of efficient AI office work, and elaborated on the diverse application scenarios of AI office tools for all staff. Meanwhile, he clarified relevant usage precautions, laying a basic foundation for everyone’s practical application of AI tools.
At the end of the training, Nathan Zhou, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a speech. He pointed out that AI is an indispensable tool for future work. Its capability of integrating massive compliant data and solving problems efficiently will become the core driving force for industrial development. Only by making good use of AI can individuals and the company stay at the forefront of the industry.
Targeting the existing shortcomings in the company’s business development, General Manager Zhou required employees to leverage AI to explore markets and develop customers, and abandon the mindset of "waiting, relying and asking for help". At the same time, employees should make full use of AI to empower the whole workflow including copywriting, communication and process handling, and improve quality and efficiency with a planner’s mindset.
General Manager Zhou proposed that the company will take AI application as a core task this year, carry out regular practical internal training, plan to build a dedicated AI community and create employee digital humans, so as to accelerate digital upgrading.
