During the 2026 Annual Conference of the Boao Forum for Asia held in Hainan on March 25, Nathan Zhou, Chairman and General Manager of the Company, met with Mr. Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, at the latter's invitation in Boao, Hainan. Mike Sultan, Deputy General Manager for Business Operations of the Company, and Brian Yu, an Assistant to the senior management, accompanied Mr. Zhou to the meeting. The two sides conducted candid and in-depth exchanges on core topics including the development and implementation of projects in the industrial gas sector and the further deepening and expansion of practical cooperation between China and Kazakhstan. They ultimately exchanged important views and reached extensive consensus, forging a shared understanding and clarifying the direction for the advancement of subsequent cooperation.
Rooted in the high-quality cooperation orientation of the Belt and Road Initiative, the two sides accurately aligned their development needs at this meeting, consolidated the foundation for bilateral cooperation in the industrial gas sector, and defined the priorities for project advancement. This has infused new impetus into the long-term mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between the two parties, and boosted China-Kazakhstan practical cooperation to deepen and deliver more substantive outcomes.
