Empower Roles with Intelligence, Drive Development through Innovation

On June 5, the Company’s IT Department organized the second round of specialized AI office training to steadily advance the implementation of AI-powered intelligent office solutions. Focusing on the company’s locally deployed large language model, the training combined hands-on demonstrations and achievement sharing to intuitively present the practical capabilities of AI office tools, effectively driving the digital and efficient transformation of work across all positions.

The training showcased remarkable AI application achievements delivered by various departments. The Support Department, Finance Department, Human Resources Department and IT Department have put into practice a host of useful scenarios, including intelligent approval, real-time exchange rate alerts, automated payslip distribution and system optimization. We hereby express our sincere gratitude to Wang Wenjun, Ma Wenyue, Shi Shuo, Jiang Hua, Jin Liufeng, Wang Jianming and other colleagues. Their pioneering attempts have set an excellent example for all staff in applying AI at work.

At the end of the session, Nathan Zhou, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a speech. He pointed out that as informatization presses ahead in depth, AI technology iterates at an unprecedented speed and the industry landscape keeps evolving. All employees must take the initiative to learn and keep pace with the times. Everyone should give full play to AI to process repetitive and standardized work based on their own job duties. Meanwhile, staff are encouraged to utilize AI to integrate information concerning markets, general affairs and projects, providing strong support for business communication and the operation of new projects.

Mr. Zhou stressed that talent is the core asset for AI adoption, and human thinking and questioning capabilities are irreplaceable. All employees shall proactively explore more AI application scenarios suited to their roles, standardize operations and strictly uphold the bottom line of information security. With intelligent technologies, we will improve personal work efficiency and fuel the company’s high-quality development.
